Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be directly communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours and no shows will be charged 100%. Lateness up to 15 minutes will be accepted. More than 15 minutes will be adjusted accordingly, if the service needs to be shortened to fit the scheduled time, the price of the original service will be charged.
